You will join a high-impact engineering organization focused on building and operating scalable supply chain software that powers complex global logistics environments. The role sits at the heart of product delivery, enabling fast, reliable, and secure software releases across cloud-native systems. You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, strengthen infrastructure reliability, and drive automation across the development lifecycle. Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, scalable deployments. The position also carries a strong leadership dimension, including mentoring junior engineers and shaping DevOps best practices. You will work extensively with cloud infrastructure, containerized systems, and distributed architectures built for scale and resilience. • Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and automated software delivery across multiple environments.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure supporting microservices-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms using Kubernetes, including Helm-based deployments for cloud-native applications.
• Identify gaps in DevOps processes and propose improvements in automation, monitoring, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure and deployment strategies with product and engineering goals.
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and promoting DevOps best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within an Agile delivery environment, ensuring high standards in velocity, quality, and delivery accuracy.

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering with strong exposure to cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and hands-on experience in automation and infrastructure as code.
• Experience working in Agile environments with at least 2+ years collaborating in iterative development teams.
• Solid expertise in containerization technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying and managing systems using Helm in production environments.
• Proven ability to design and deploy scalable multi-tenant cloud infrastructures from scratch.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and supporting distributed microservices architectures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical problems and propose clear, scalable solutions.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior engineers in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
