In this role, you will act as a key strategic partner to clients, translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable marketing and growth strategies. You will work across media, creative, analytics, and activation teams to build integrated plans that drive performance, strengthen brand equity, and unlock new growth opportunities. This position blends strategic consulting, data-driven insight development, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will be responsible for shaping client direction through storytelling, research, and performance intelligence while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and deepen engagement. The role also plays a critical part in supporting pitches, renewals, and ongoing client success initiatives. - Partner with clients to define and execute forward-looking growth strategies that align with business goals and unlock new opportunities across channels, services, and platforms.
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies leveraging audience insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Lead the development of insights-driven recommendations across media, creative, and analytics to inform campaign planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine cross-channel strategies, audience targeting, and investment approaches.
- Support sales and growth teams in pitch development, client onboarding, renewals, and strategic presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying challenges, uncovering opportunities, and co-creating innovative solutions.
- Mentor and support internal team members, contributing to a culture of strategic excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and help elevate strategic positioning across client and agency engagements.
- 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing, client strategy, media planning, or related fields, with a strong focus on strategic leadership.
- Proven expertise across digital channels, platforms, and integrated marketing ecosystems.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including media, creative, analytics, and sales functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments while managing multiple client priorities and deliverables.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
- Proactive, resourceful, and curious mindset with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
