- Lead revenue growth initiatives within the UAS utility services market across the United States, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies aligned with regional objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage sales pipelines, oversee account development activities, and drive successful contract negotiations and proposal submissions.
- Support expansion into new service lines, technologies, and target markets while identifying opportunities for strategic growth.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and sales teams to share best practices, generate referrals, and coordinate client-focused initiatives.
- Participate in stewardship meetings, address client concerns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to support the development of future sales and business development professionals while promoting a culture of integrity, safety, quality, and performance.
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within the utility industry.
- At least 5 years of experience selling UAS, drone, or technology-based services is strongly preferred.
- Proven background in sales, marketing, and business development within a technical services or technology-driven organization.
- Demonstrated success selling complex, solution-oriented services to engineering, operational, or industrial decision-makers.
- Experience working with large industrial clients and navigating high-growth, performance-focused environments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and sales management processes, with the ability to effectively manage pipelines and customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to foster a results-driven team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Technical undergraduate degree preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
