COO- SEVA Project in Round Rock, Texas at DOOTA INDUSTRIAL AMERICA LLC

Role and Responsibilities

As COO, you will work with the CEO to oversee SEVA's day-to-day operations, including operational planning,

project and resource coordination, internal processes, management reporting, personnel coordination, and

customer and partner support. Your authority will be exercised within approved budgets, Company policies,

contractual requirements, and the authority delegated by the CEO.

Board Advisor

The COO position will work interchangeably as an advisor for the SEVA Project, unless additional authority is separately approved in writing by SEVA.

Executive Schedule

The COO role includes reasonable executive-level schedule flexibility. This person will be expected to ensure that

customer, project, management, and operational commitments remain covered and to coordinate extended

absences with the CEO when practicable.
