We're looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our growing Operations team. This is a highly visible role focused on driving operational excellence, improving profitability, and leading strategic initiatives across our supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and delivery operations.
What You'll Do:
As a Senior Operations Analyst you'll partner with Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and external logistics partners to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement initiatives that improve operational performance and business results.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead strategic initiatives focused on logistics, fulfillment, installation services, and last-mile delivery operations.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify cost savings, profitability improvements, and process optimization opportunities.
Develop and execute business cases that support operational investments, process improvements, and technology initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify operational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
Lead projects from analysis through implementation, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results and business value.
Create current state and future-state process maps and drive continuous improvement efforts across key operational workflows.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and help establish scalable operational processes.
Partner with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to improve service, performance, and cost efficiency.
Support the development of operational metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting that drive informed decision-making.
Evaluate opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve operational effectiveness and reduce manual effort.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or related analytical role.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
Experience identifying and implementing process improvements that drive measurable business results.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large or multiple data sources.
Experience with data analysis, data cleansing, normalization, and reporting.
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to independently drive initiatives to completion.
Financial acumen and experience developing business cases and evaluating operational investments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence and analytics tools.
Experience with ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
Exposure to automation, AI, or technology-driven operational improvement initiatives.
Master's degree in operations, engineering, analytics, supply chain, or business.
