About the Role

GSRx is seeking a Customer Service team member to join our optical laboratory. This position will be primarily in Customer Service; floating where needed based on job flow in other areas of the lab. This is an in-person, full-time position for our 8-hour day shift. People with a criminal record are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Skills

• Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Accurately transcribe words and numbers, with attention to detail.
• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers and potential customers.
• Build a thorough knowledge of GSRx’s products and programs to assist customers with ordering and to accurately answer questions.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude and appearance.
• Be a team player, assisting pre-production and shipping, as well as other areas of the lab as needed.

• Previous eyecare / optical or optical lab experience is required.
