Job Description

Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations & Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations & Enablement based in India.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a global Talent Acquisition organization, combining people management, recruiting operations, and strategic enablement.
You’ll lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while remaining actively involved in selected high-priority searches.
The role gives you ownership of the strategy, processes, and systems that shape interview coordination and the hiring experience.
You’ll identify opportunities to improve workflows and leverage AI, automation, and modern recruiting technology to increase efficiency.
Working closely with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders, you’ll help implement changes with organization-wide impact.
You’ll also contribute to broader talent strategy, candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting operations initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced TA professional who enjoys building, improving, coaching, and operating in a fast-paced remote environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, including supporting hiring, performance management, professional development, and capacity planning.
  • Own the Talent Acquisition Coordination strategy and roadmap, establishing team objectives and KPIs such as scheduling speed, coordinator workload, operational efficiency, and candidate experience.
  • Monitor team performance and capacity, using data and operational insights to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Remain hands-on by personally managing scheduling and coordination for a selected number of critical or high-priority searches supporting North and/or South American business teams.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-powered and automated solutions designed to improve interview coordination, candidate experience, and hiring-team workflows.
  • Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors and support the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing optimization of recruiting tools.
  • Partner with Recruiting, People Systems, IT, Legal, and other cross-functional teams on process, technology, and workflow changes with broader organizational impact.
  • Represent Talent Acquisition Coordination within the broader TA leadership team, bringing an operational perspective to talent strategy and decision-making.
  • Support and lead recruiting projects across candidate experience, employer branding, operations, and process improvement as business priorities evolve.
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and develop scalable solutions that improve the experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and coordinators.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 7+ years of professional experience within Talent Acquisition or recruiting teams, preferably in a fast-paced and operationally complex environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing, leading, or coaching team members, with demonstrated experience supporting professional development and performance.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, searches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • A strong client-service mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to support candidates, hiring teams, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies to optimize recruiting operations, coordination, and candidate experience.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or another enterprise-level Applicant Tracking System is highly preferred.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with or supporting US-based business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and process-improvement abilities.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with an interest in building scalable processes rather than simply maintaining existing ones.
  • Ability to work fully aligned with US Eastern Time business hours, corresponding to approximately 7:30 PM–3:30 AM IST.
  • Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection with at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
Benefits:
  • Annual salary: INR 1,687,500–2,362,500, with actual compensation determined by factors including experience, skills, job-related knowledge, market alignment, and geographic location.
  • Fully remote work arrangement from India.
  • Night Shift Allowance applicable in line with company policy for the required US Eastern Time schedule.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Accident insurance.
  • Retiral benefits.
  • 12 company-paid holidays.
  • 2 flexible holidays.
  • Privilege/earned leave.
  • Casual and sick leave.
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave.
  • Weekly wellness activities and programs.
  • Opportunity to work within a global Talent Acquisition organization and collaborate with teams across multiple geographies.
  • Meaningful ownership over recruiting operations, technology enablement, process improvement, and candidate experience.
  • Exposure to AI-driven recruiting tools and modern Talent Acquisition technologies.
  • Leadership and team-development experience in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
