Monarch is looking for afull-time Groundskeeperto join our team at Silver Lake Hills Apartments in Fenton, Michigan. This is ayear-round, consistent positionwhere no two days are the sameand your office is the great outdoors!
PAY:$16/hour+ up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!
Schedule:MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

  • Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
  • Landscaping duties and general grounds upkeep
  • Trash removal and clean up
  • Tackling seasonal tasks including snow removal when needed
