Production Associates support manufacturing operations in paint, injection molding, and assembly areas. Responsibilities include preparing, assembling, inspecting, and finishing parts to meet quality and customer standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components per instructions
• Prepare and inspect injection molded parts for painting
• Load/unload parts from conveyors and racks
• Identify and rework defects; polish as needed
• Maintain accurate records for defects, scrap, and production
• Operate basic tools and perform minor equipment checks
• Follow material handling and waste management procedures
• Keep work area clean and organized (5S/6S principles)
• Participate in safety processes and meetings
• Work at required pace to meet production targets
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Basic math and computer skills
• Team-oriented and good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
• Finger dexterity, close work, good vision and hearing
• Ability to work at required pace and perform repetitive tasks
