As a Principal Analytics Consultant, you will lead complex engagements from discovery through delivery, turning business requirements into scalable analytics and visualization solutions.
You’ll work across Power BI, Tableau, SQL, cloud data platforms, and modern analytics technologies to build durable solutions.
The role combines hands-on technical expertise with client leadership, delivery ownership, and strategic problem-solving.
You’ll collaborate with clients, project managers, sales teams, leadership, and distributed global consultants across time zones.
You’ll also mentor analytics professionals and contribute to reusable assets, delivery standards, and the continued growth of the analytics practice.

• Lead the successful delivery of analytics consulting engagements, translating client requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, and related technologies.
• Lead client discovery sessions, prototypes, visualization reviews, and feedback cycles to refine requirements, align expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Own delivery planning and communication, including team capacity management, project timelines, risk tracking, and clear status updates for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Design and implement data visualization and analytics solutions that make complex data accessible and actionable for business users.
• Collaborate with product, sales, project management, and leadership teams to strengthen client relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and support new business development.
• Mentor and coach consultants and senior consultants through regular feedback, capability development, workshops, and professional growth planning.
• Contribute to analytics practice development through reusable assets, delivery standards, technical content, webinars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Help clients and internal teams adopt effective analytics practices while continuously improving delivery quality and technical standards.

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, analytics engineering, or related consulting roles.
• Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring analytics consultants or similar technical professionals.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI and strong experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Strong SQL skills, with experience working with data warehouses, data marts, data models, and cloud-based data environments.
• Experience designing scalable analytics solutions using cloud platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements and data concepts into durable, practical analytical solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with distributed, international teams and collaborating effectively across time zones.
• Consulting experience delivering analytics solutions directly to external clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with Alteryx, KNIME, Dataiku, Sigma, or other analytics and data preparation platforms is advantageous.
• Experience integrating analytics solutions with sources such as SAP, Databricks, SharePoint, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python and/or R scripting is beneficial.
• Relevant certifications in analytics, data visualization, cloud platforms, or Power Platform technologies are valued, along with a willingness to pursue certifications aligned with business needs.
