Business Operations Specialist in at Access Infusion Care Inc

Location: Remote with travel as needed
Reports to: Executive Director, Operational Services

Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 + 7% bonus potential

Position Summary

Access Infusion Care is seeking a resourceful, analytical, and highly organized Business Operations Specialist to support key growth and operational initiatives across our rapidly expanding specialty infusion platform.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, creating structure, and driving projects forward. The Business Operations Specialist will work across procurement, new location expansion, sales and marketing operations, and patient access while partnering with corporate leadership and local operating teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Operations & Analytics: Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and analyses that provide visibility into key initiatives and support informed decision-making.
• Procurement & Trade: Support drug purchasing and pricing analysis, rebate tracking, vendor and contract analysis, and identification of cost-savings opportunities.
• New Location Expansion & Integration: Help coordinate new location openings and integrations by maintaining launch plans, tracking key activities and open items, and monitoring early performance.
• Sales & Growth Support: Support Salesforce reporting, referral analysis, market research, target account development, and sales and marketing initiatives.
• Patient Access & Experience: Analyze referral-to-start workflows, conversion, turnaround times, and opportunities to improve processes, technology, and the patient experience.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps, develop practical and repeatable processes, and help ensure key initiatives have clear owners, next steps, and follow-through.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in healthcare or business operations, consulting, procurement, sales or marketing operations, or a similar analytical and execution-oriented role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve.
• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, EHR platforms, or similar systems is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare, specialty infusion, specialty pharmacy, patient access, procurement, or new-site openings is preferred but not required.
