This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Sales Manager based in Brazil.

This role is focused on driving revenue and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships across the LATAM region.
You will build and manage relationships with solution and technology partners, turning those relationships into predictable, partner-sourced opportunities.
The position combines partner strategy, enterprise sales execution, pipeline development, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will work closely with sales leadership and field Account Executives to align partner activity with territory objectives.
The role also involves coaching partner sales teams on structured enterprise sales practices, forecasting, and opportunity management.
You will collaborate with partner marketing, programs, operations, and enablement teams to activate partners and accelerate growth.
This is an entrepreneurial, data-driven opportunity for an experienced partner or channel professional who is motivated by revenue impact and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Align with regional sales leadership to develop a partner strategy designed to achieve territory pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize solution and technology partners with strong potential to contribute to regional growth.
  • Recruit and activate new partners across the LATAM region.
  • Build joint business plans with primary partners to establish repeatable and predictable sales pipeline.
  • Develop partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline within the assigned territory.
  • Work closely with Resell and Solutions Partners to source opportunities and support the full sales cycle.
  • Guide partner teams through structured enterprise sales processes, including account planning, weekly deal reviews, opportunity inspection, and forecasting.
  • Drive pipeline creation through coordinated marketing initiatives and sales-generated activities.
  • Co-create partner plans covering account mapping, co-marketing initiatives, and relevant solution plays.
  • Coordinate with partners to identify opportunities where their expertise, relationships, or solutions can support existing sales cycles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and help make partner engagement efficient and productive.
  • Pre-qualify partner-sourced opportunities and assess their fit before progressing them through the sales process.
  • Prepare partners to engage effectively with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer onboarding and ongoing post-sale services in collaboration with relevant partners.
  • Track joint sales pipeline and provide visibility into partner-sourced opportunities during internal forecast calls.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within the partner pipeline and take action to improve conversion and revenue contribution.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing, programs, operations, enablement, and sales teams to support partner success.
  • Use pipeline and performance data to prioritize partner investments and focus activities on measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in Partner, Sales, Channel Development, or a related commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience building, managing, and growing partner-sourced pipeline.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and structured opportunity management.
  • Experience working with solution partners, resellers, technology providers, agencies, or consultancies is highly relevant.
  • Strong ability to develop partner strategies aligned with territory sales and revenue objectives.
  • Experience with account planning, deal reviews, sales forecasting, and pipeline inspection.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to use performance information to prioritize opportunities and investments.
  • Strong focus on measurable business outcomes rather than activity volume alone.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design practical processes for complex commercial challenges.
  • Strong execution mindset and willingness to take ownership from strategy through implementation.
  • Proven motivation to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building new partnerships and developing new growth opportunities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a highly team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of product management or the analytics, experimentation, and growth technology landscape is preferred.
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop expertise in digital analytics and related technology solutions.
Benefits:
  • Opportunity to work on partner-led revenue growth across the LATAM region.
  • Exposure to a global partner ecosystem spanning consultancies, agencies, resellers, and technology providers.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, partner marketing, programs, operations, and enablement teams.
  • Opportunity to build new partnerships and influence regional sales strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial environment with significant ownership and opportunity to make an impact.
  • Culture centered on growth mindset, ownership, humility, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Inclusive workplace focused on psychological safety, empathy, belonging, and respect.
  • Equal employment opportunity across all aspects of employment.
  • Opportunity to work with a global, distributed team and collaborate across international markets.
