This remote enterprise sales role focuses on driving revenue growth across strategic public sector accounts with significant long-term potential. You will own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and qualification through complex negotiations and closing. The position requires building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders and navigating sophisticated, multi-stakeholder buying environments. You will use a consultative, solution-based sales approach to demonstrate measurable value and address the operational needs of large organizations. Success will depend on consistently exceeding quota, developing strategic account plans, and managing substantial enterprise transactions. This is an opportunity to join a high-growth environment where ownership, customer success, collaboration, and long-term thinking are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships within strategic, named public sector accounts, establishing trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Own customer engagements end-to-end, managing the complete enterprise sales cycle from strategic outbound prospecting and qualification through solution development, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and execute account strategies designed to expand relationships, uncover new opportunities, and drive sustainable revenue growth within complex organizations.
  • Lead sophisticated sales campaigns using a consultative, solution-based approach, clearly connecting solutions to customer priorities, operational challenges, and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities while applying established sales methodology and accurately managing activity and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Engage proactively in strategic outbound prospecting to identify and create new enterprise opportunities across the public sector market.
  • Build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups and levels, including executive decision-makers and line-of-business leaders in Operations, Finance, and IT.
  • Navigate complex enterprise buying processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain momentum through lengthy and high-value sales cycles.
  • Consistently pursue and exceed revenue and quota objectives while demonstrating strong ownership of customer outcomes and account performance.
  • Champion a customer-first, growth-oriented, inclusive, and team-focused approach while contributing to a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.
Requirements:
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in a full-cycle, closing sales role, with demonstrated responsibility for managing opportunities from prospecting through close.
  • Have a proven record of consistent quota over-achievement within complex accounts, including experience closing transactions of $500,000+ in ARR.
  • Demonstrate experience managing enterprise-sized deals and developing strong relationships with C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable with strategic outbound prospecting and independently creating new business opportunities within targeted accounts.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple strategic opportunities and competing priorities.
  • Have a solid understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and structured pipeline and sales methodologies.
  • Experience working directly with line-of-business stakeholders such as Operations, Finance, and IT is preferred.
  • Recognition for sales excellence, such as President’s Club, Winner’s Circle, Top 10%, or similar achievement awards, is a plus.
  • Demonstrate genuine interest in technology and the operational environments that support critical public sector organizations.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work remotely from the required geographic area.
Benefits:
  • Annual on-target earnings of $222,400–$278,000 USD, depending on city of residence.
  • Above-market total compensation combining base salary, performance-based variable pay or bonus, and equity for eligible roles.
  • Opportunity for top performers to earn differentiated compensation above the broader market over time.
  • Flexible, employee-led remote working model.
  • Professional development stipend to support continued learning and career growth.
  • Comprehensive health benefits and parental leave programs.
  • Opportunity to work in a high-growth environment with significant ownership and autonomy.
  • Exposure to complex enterprise sales opportunities and strategic public sector accounts.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal opportunity and supporting employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reasonable accommodations available throughout the recruiting process for qualified individuals with disabilities.
