Job Description
$15–$16.50/hour Resident Assistant opening in Tallahassee, full-time and part-time shifts available. Credit given for experience. CNA welcomed, but not required.
At Tapestry Senior Living of Lakeshore, you'll help residents with daily care and get to know them well enough to notice when something changes.
What you'll do:
- Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming, bathing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Follow all healthcare regulations and facility protocols
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
What you'll need:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active Florida CNA, preferred
- CPR Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- A caring, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
Pay and benefits:
- $15.00–$16.50/hour, with credit given for experience

Schedule: Part-time and full-time available. Part-time shifts open on all three rotations: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Full-time hours available on the overnight shift 11:00 PM-7:00 AM. Rotating weekends and holidays required.
