Analista de Indicadores - Jnior

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Indicadores - Júnior based in Brazil.

This is a junior data and business intelligence role focused on transforming reliable information into clear, actionable business insights.
You’ll work across data extraction, ETL routines, databases, KPIs, dashboards, and descriptive analysis.
Your work will help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and make better-informed decisions.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical data solutions.
The role also offers exposure to data, BI, Machine Learning, and AI initiatives, providing opportunities to expand your technical capabilities.
Attention to data quality, traceability, security, and privacy will be essential throughout your work.

Accountabilities
  • Execute SQL queries to extract, transform, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

  • Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL routines, ensuring consistent data flow and information integrity.

  • Assist with the maintenance and organization of databases, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake structures.

  • Support data-quality activities by following established standards and processes to ensure reliable analysis.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and operational and management reports using data visualization tools.

  • Support the creation, updating, and validation of KPIs, monitoring performance and identifying relevant trends.

  • Perform basic descriptive analyses and data checks to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and anomalies.

  • Use data visualization, ETL, and analytical tools according to team guidelines and industry best practices.

  • Interact with internal stakeholders, under guidance, to understand requirements and translate business needs into data solutions.

  • Support the documentation of business rules, data dictionaries, and technical specifications to ensure traceability and knowledge sharing.

  • Contribute to data, BI, Machine Learning, and AI projects by executing defined activities and supporting innovation initiatives.

  • Follow information-security and data-privacy policies, including applicable LGPD requirements.

Requirements
  • Completed degree or technology program in Data Analysis, Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in data analysis or Business Intelligence.

  • Solid SQL knowledge, including the ability to create complex queries and perform basic query optimization.

  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Knowledge of ETL processes and/or experience supporting the development and maintenance of data pipelines.

  • Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate relevant business insights.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to document information clearly and concisely.

  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.

  • Python experience for data analysis, manipulation, or automation is a plus.

  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse or Data Lake concepts and structures is desirable.

  • Experience with Git or other code-versioning tools is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Apache NiFi, Apache Airflow, or Spark is desirable.

  • Basic knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts is a plus.

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases is an advantage.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is desirable.

  • Certifications in BI, data analysis, or relevant technologies are a plus.

  • Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
