Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager based in the United States.

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate complex customer engagements across technical demonstrations, implementations, integrations, and ongoing support.
Working within a Solutions Engineering environment, you will serve as a central point of coordination between customers and internal technical, sales, and product teams.
You will own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and communications to ensure successful delivery.
The role combines customer relationship management with strong project execution and requires the ability to navigate technical and business requirements.
You will contribute from the pre-sales stage through post-sales delivery, helping align expectations, resources, and commitments.
This is an opportunity to work on advanced radar and sensing technologies supporting applications across transportation, security, aerospace, and autonomous systems.

Accountabilities:
  • Act as the primary project coordinator for prospect and customer delivery engagements, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective execution.
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee customer implementations, integrations, technical demonstrations, and related engagements.
  • Serve as the main customer point of contact for project status, progress updates, issues, and escalations.
  • Partner closely with Solutions Engineers, Sales, Product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer commitments are properly scoped, understood, and delivered.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, documentation, and other delivery materials.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, resources, and project risks while proactively identifying and addressing issues that could affect timelines or outcomes.
  • Support pre-sales activities by helping define delivery timelines, customer requirements, resource needs, and implementation considerations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and maintain a customer-first approach throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility into priorities, deliverables, and potential blockers.
  • Contribute to successful post-sales support and long-term customer engagement by ensuring projects are delivered with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, technical program management, services delivery, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven experience managing customer-facing projects involving multiple technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a technology, engineering, or similarly technical environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish productive relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and demonstrated ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and communicate project status clearly.
  • Familiarity with radar, sensors, aerospace and defense, autonomous systems, or related technology industries is a plus.
  • Experience working with government or defense customers is strongly preferred.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or another recognized project management certification is desirable but not required.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and maintain project momentum in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel moderately as required by customer and project needs.
  • Due to U.S. government export-control requirements, candidates must identify whether they are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident/green card holder, or have been granted asylum or refugee status in the United States, as applicable to eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required government authorizations.

Benefits:

  • Expected annual salary range of $104,030–$155,839 USD.
  • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums for employees.
  • Choice of PPO or HDHP/HSA medical plans.
  • Virtual care through 98Point6.
  • Employee Assistance Program.
  • Mental health coverage through Spring Health and Talkspace.
  • Travel assistance insurance.
  • Company-paid life insurance.
  • Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Flexible PTO for exempt employees.
  • 401(k) matching.
  • Pet insurance.
  • Prepaid legal program.
  • Commuter benefits.
  • Paid company holidays.
  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Opportunity to work on advanced radar and sensing technologies across autonomous systems, transportation, critical infrastructure, security, aerospace, and related markets.
