  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, high-energy environment focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, carrier sales, or a related industry.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to establish credibility and maintain productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify mutually beneficial solutions for carriers and customers.

  • High energy, resilience, and a proactive approach to sales and business development activities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities, capacity, and customer requirements can change quickly.

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and organizational skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also delivering independent results and meeting individual objectives.

  • Positive, flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing business conditions.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to leverage technology, data, and transportation platforms to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining professional relationships with customers and carrier partners.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, inclusion, teamwork, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
