  • Serve as the on-site technical authority on government logistics platforms, data systems, and contract performance requirements
  • Develop, review, and submit logistics reports, data packages, and performance documentation to government customers and Adaptive Insight leadership
  • Enter and transfer data from customer order sounds, procurement documents, and logistics transaction records into government systems, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable data management standards.
  • Provide functional oversight, task direction, and quality review for any junior analyst personnel at the site as directed by the Project Manager
  • Engage directly with USCG customer representatives, CORs, and installation logistics personnel to resolve escalated issues and support the customer mission
  • Support development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures and performance metrics
  • Ensure full compliance with dual timesheet requirements, facility access protocols, PIV card and credentialing standards, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling obligations
  • Identify and communicate performance risks and operational issues to the Project Manager in a timely and documented manner
  • Represent Adaptive Insight with professionalism and competence in all customer and partner interactions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or professional certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree may be substituted with five (5) or more years of directly relevant, progressively responsible logistics experience.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible logistics and supply chain experience, with at least two (2) years in a senior or lead role supporting federal government contracts or military installations
  • Demonstrated expertise in government logistics platforms, data systems, and federal acquisition or contract performance environments
  • Proven ability to lead or coordinate work among a distributed team without direct supervisory authority
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analysis tools and enterprise logistics systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing formal reports and briefing materials for government customers
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain GSA Medium Risk Public Trust clearance and all required facility access credentials
  • United States citizenship or permanent resident status required for federal facility access
  • Must be available for full-time, on-site work at the Boston, MA government facility — this position does not offer telework or remote options

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional logistics certification: SOLE, APICS (CPIM or CSCP), ISM, or equivalent
