This local favorite offers breakfast, barista service, dinner, and weekend brunch.POSITION PROFILE:We're looking for a friendly, organized, and personable Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and support the team at Dram Yard.THE TASK AT HAND:Be the friendly face that greets every guest, bringing your own flavor to the restaurant.Make sure guests have a fabulous time from the moment they arrive until it's time to say goodbye.Create a warm, friendly, laidback atmosphere that turns first-time guests into regulars.Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.Manage the online reservation system as well as in-person, phone, and email inquiries in a friendly, trusty manner.Take orders and deliver dishes and drinks when necessary, multi-tasking to keep the restaurant running smoothly.Collaborate with team members in a friendly, professional manner.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:Required1 year of related experience as a Restaurant Host in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.Follow directions thoroughly, with legible communication and basic computer literacy.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.PhysicalRequires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation package with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401(k).Paid time off, holiday pay, and sick pay.Career advancement and professional development as we open new hotels and restaurants nationwide.Employee discounts across our entire portfolio (25 hotels and more to come!).
