Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist
Location: Quantico, Virginia
Position Summary: Provides administrative services supporting PM MAGTF C2 leadership and staff while maintaining program office records, schedules, travel support, correspondence tracking, and personnel management documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedules.
- Maintain organizational charts and staffing rosters.
- Support DTS travel coordination.
- Maintain action tracking systems.
- Process access requests and administrative forms.
- Track and route correspondence and taskers.
- Support onboarding activities and personnel administration.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience.
- Experience supporting executive-level personnel preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma required.
- Associate degree preferred.

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Travel: Minimal travel for corporate support may occur for this position.
