Schedule: Flexible days; can work 1 to 4 of the days; Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-3:45pm work from home lesson planning time, 3:45pm arrive at school, 4:00pm-5:00pm Teach lessons | Anticipated: November 9,2026 –May 14,2027

Hamadeh Educational Services is seeking Extended Day Teachers to provide academic and social-emotional support to students in after-school programming.

• Provide academic and social-emotional support.

• Lead small-group and individual interventions.

• Monitor and document student progress.

• Collaborate with teachers and school staff.

• Communicate student progress with families.

• Participate in professional development.

• Support family engagement and outreach.

• Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment.

Required:

• 60+ college credit hours from an accredited university OR passing score on the ETS Paraprofessional Assessment

• Experience working with children in a school, after-school, or summer school setting

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate and appropriate endorsement(s)

• Valid Michigan teaching or administrative certification
