We are seeking a relationship-driven Regional People & Talent Manager to support employees and leaders across our operations in California, Washington, and Utah. As the primary People & Talent partner for the region, you will provide practical, hands-on guidance across employee relations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, and acquisition integration.
This is a remote, field-focused position, and the successful candidate must reside in California, Washington, or Utah. The role requires at least 50% travel throughout the year to construction sites and regional offices across the three-state territory.
This individual contributor role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, supporting field-based teams, and translating people strategies into practical solutions that help employees and the business succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted People & Talent partner to regional and field leaders.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers through a visible, approachable presence at jobsites and regional offices.
- Advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, documentation, and conflict resolution.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and regional leadership to plan for and address workforce needs.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and leadership development efforts.
- Help ensure consistent application of company policies, benefits, compensation practices, and employment requirements.
- Support newly acquired teams as they transition to GreenArrow programs, policies, and practices.
- Use workforce data and employee feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Reinforce GreenArrow's values, safety culture, and leadership expectations throughout the region.
What You Bring
- At least five years of progressive human resources or People & Talent experience.
- Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based operations.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employment law.
- Ability to build trust and provide practical guidance to employees and leaders at all levels.
- Strong judgment, discretion, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% throughout the year.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
- Experience supporting multi-state, construction, infrastructure, or field-services operations.
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integrations.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, GreenArrow offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.
