- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that clearly differentiate the platform and its solutions in the market.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies across multiple customer segments and sales channels.
- Partner closely with Product Management to align market messaging with product capabilities, roadmap priorities, and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Develop sales enablement programs, including playbooks, training materials, launch assets, and messaging resources that improve sales effectiveness.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure marketing impact, product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue contribution.
- Build relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners to strengthen market visibility and brand credibility.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for customer-centric product marketing strategies across the organization.
- Extensive experience in product marketing within the B2B technology sector, including leadership-level responsibility for teams and strategic initiatives.
- Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex technology products and multi-product platforms.
- Experience positioning innovative products and, ideally, helping define or establish new market categories.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, customer buying journeys, and competitive dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational excellence.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000 USD
