Senior Director, Product Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Product Marketing in the United States.

As a Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will lead the strategic positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for an evolving portfolio of technology solutions serving businesses worldwide. This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of product, sales, customer experience, and marketing, driving initiatives that accelerate market adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will shape market narratives, identify emerging opportunities, and establish differentiated positioning in a competitive technology landscape. In addition to influencing product strategy, you will build and mentor a high-performing product marketing team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a visionary marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced, innovative, and remote-first environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and evolve product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that clearly differentiate the platform and its solutions in the market.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies across multiple customer segments and sales channels.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to align market messaging with product capabilities, roadmap priorities, and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and customer analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
  • Develop sales enablement programs, including playbooks, training materials, launch assets, and messaging resources that improve sales effectiveness.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks to measure marketing impact, product adoption, customer engagement, and revenue contribution.
  • Build relationships with industry analysts, influencers, and strategic partners to strengthen market visibility and brand credibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product marketing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Serve as a thought leader and internal advocate for customer-centric product marketing strategies across the organization.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in product marketing within the B2B technology sector, including leadership-level responsibility for teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for complex technology products and multi-product platforms.
  • Experience positioning innovative products and, ideally, helping define or establish new market categories.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology markets, customer buying journeys, and competitive dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business value.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance measurement.
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution and operational excellence.
  • Passion for innovation, customer advocacy, and building scalable growth strategies.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $200,000 to $260,000 USD
  • Remote-first work environment with flexible work arrangements
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including dependent coverage
  • Flexible Paid Time Off program
  • Additional quarterly self-care days
  • Paid volunteer days
  • Generous parental leave policy
  • Home office setup assistance
  • Remote work stipend
  • Annual professional development and learning stipend
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Peer recognition and rewards programs
  • Complimentary family access to premium platform services
  • Ongoing career development and growth opportunities
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and high-growth company culture.
