You will be responsible for shaping long-term engineering vision while ensuring strong execution across multiple teams and domains. • Lead and scale a large engineering organization, ensuring strong execution, alignment, and delivery of high-impact initiatives across multiple teams.
• Define and execute a multi-year technical and product strategy, aligning engineering direction with broader company objectives and marketplace growth priorities.
• Translate high-level business goals into clear, actionable technical roadmaps while ensuring alignment across teams, systems, and organizational structure.
• Drive engineering excellence by establishing strong technical standards, scalable architectures, and best practices that improve reliability, velocity, and quality.
• Oversee the development of platforms and systems that enhance marketplace scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with product, business, and cross-functional leadership teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategic initiatives.

• Proven experience leading large, complex engineering organizations in high-scale, product-driven environments.
• Strong ability to define and execute long-term technical and product strategies aligned with business outcomes.

• Deep understanding of engineering excellence principles, including system design, scalability, and technical governance.
