- Lead strategic account planning by developing long-term roadmaps aligned with client objectives and internal capabilities, ensuring sustained growth and value creation across engagements.
- Act as a senior client partner, managing executive-level relationships, facilitating governance forums, and influencing key stakeholder decisions.
- Drive commercial performance by overseeing pipeline development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Lead transformation programs across people, process, and technology, ensuring effective execution of AI-driven and operational improvement initiatives.
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities while contributing to proposals, pitches, and strategic presentations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, product, data, and delivery functions to ensure successful execution of client solutions and outcomes.
- Monitor performance through KPIs such as revenue growth, margin improvement, AI adoption, and client satisfaction metrics.
- Extensive experience in senior client leadership, business development, or commercial roles within creative, digital, or production-driven environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing revenue targets, forecasting, and profit margins in complex account structures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology, process redesign, and organizational change.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing C-level executives.
- Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and optimize performance strategies.
- Experience working in agency or consulting environments with exposure to AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
