This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Lead based in India.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, client leadership, and transformation delivery within a fast-paced, AI-driven creative and digital environment. You will be responsible for driving strategic growth across key client accounts, shaping long-term roadmaps, and unlocking new commercial opportunities. The position requires strong executive presence, as you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders. You will also oversee transformation initiatives that span people, processes, and technology, ensuring measurable business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help translate strategic vision into scalable, revenue-generating solutions. Accountabilities:
  • Lead strategic account planning by developing long-term roadmaps aligned with client objectives and internal capabilities, ensuring sustained growth and value creation across engagements.
  • Act as a senior client partner, managing executive-level relationships, facilitating governance forums, and influencing key stakeholder decisions.
  • Drive commercial performance by overseeing pipeline development, pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Lead transformation programs across people, process, and technology, ensuring effective execution of AI-driven and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities while contributing to proposals, pitches, and strategic presentations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, product, data, and delivery functions to ensure successful execution of client solutions and outcomes.
  • Monitor performance through KPIs such as revenue growth, margin improvement, AI adoption, and client satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in senior client leadership, business development, or commercial roles within creative, digital, or production-driven environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing revenue targets, forecasting, and profit margins in complex account structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives involving technology, process redesign, and organizational change.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging and influencing C-level executives.
  • Strong analytical and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to define KPIs, measure impact, and optimize performance strategies.
  • Experience working in agency or consulting environments with exposure to AI-enabled solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
