This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Adobe RTCDP Consultant based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of customer data strategy, marketing technology, and digital experience transformation, helping organizations unlock the full value of their customer data. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into scalable Customer Data Platform (CDP) use cases that enable real-time personalization, audience segmentation, and cross-channel activation. The position involves close collaboration with technical architects, data engineers, and marketing strategists to design and implement data-driven customer experiences. You will lead discovery sessions, define activation strategies, and guide clients in operationalizing Adobe Real-Time CDP capabilities. This is a highly consultative and client-facing role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on platform expertise. - Act as the primary CDP consultant for clients, providing strategic and technical guidance on Adobe Real-Time CDP capabilities, activation strategies, and use cases.
- Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to identify high-impact CDP opportunities.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into technical requirements for identity resolution, segmentation, data ingestion, governance, and activation workflows.
- Design and support customer data activation strategies across channels such as email, paid media, SMS, web personalization, and marketing automation platforms.
- Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of CDP and data-driven marketing solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation for CDP platforms and downstream orchestration tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe RTCDP, advising clients on platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
- Manage platform-related requests and coordinate with internal teams to prioritize enhancements and delivery timelines.
- Support client enablement by helping teams operationalize CDP capabilities and maximize marketing technology value.
- Ensure data governance, privacy, and security best practices are applied across all CDP implementations.
- 5+ years of experience in a consulting or agency environment in client-facing roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms, specifically Adobe Real-Time CDP.
- Strong understanding of modern customer data architecture, identity resolution, and data activation strategies.
- Proven experience configuring Adobe RTCDP and building complex audience segments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and related ecosystem tools is highly preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Tags (Launch) and AEP SDK implementation is a plus.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and marketing automation platforms is advantageous.
- Exposure to A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
