Job Description
Sycurio is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales Operations & Enablement to lead and transform our global commercial operations function. This is a highly visible leadership role that sits at the heart of our growth strategy and is responsible for driving operational excellence, sales productivity, revenue intelligence, sales enablement, and the evolution of our commercial technology ecosystem.
The successful candidate will lead a team with global remit and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success leaders to optimize how we acquire, grow, and retain customers. This role will be instrumental in shaping the systems, processes, insights, and capabilities that enable our revenue organization to scale efficiently and predictably.
We are looking for a leader who is energized by innovation and embraces emerging technologies, automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making to fundamentally improve how sales organizations operate. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational rigor, continuously challenging conventional approaches and introducing new ways of working that enhance seller effectiveness, customer engagement, and business performance.
This is a global people leadership role with responsibility for Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Intelligence, and Commercial Systems. Working as a trusted partner to the CRO and executive leadership team, you will help shape the future of Sycurio's commercial organization while building a high-performing, technology-enabled revenue engine capable of supporting our next phase of growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with business objectives.
- Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to define sales goals, quotas, and forecasting models.
Sales Performance & Analytics
- Lead sales reporting, data analysis, and pipeline management to provide actionable insights.
- Track KPIs and ensure accountability across the sales organization.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and areas for improvement.
Sales Technology, Automation & Innovation
- Own the commercial technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, enablement, forecasting, AI, and analytics platforms.
- Define and execute the roadmap for sales technology adoption and optimization.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions that improve seller productivity and customer engagement.
- Drive automation initiatives that reduce administrative workload and increase customer-facing time.
- Champion innovation and continuously improve commercial effectiveness.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and adoption across all sales tools.
Sales Enablement & Productivity
- Provide oversight of the global sales enablement strategy.
- Ensure alignment between sales enablement and the wider organisation such as product marketing and sales leadership.
Revenue & Forecasting
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, revenue projections, and growth strategies.
- Partner with Finance to manage sales budgets and resource allocation.
People Leadership & Organizational Development
- Lead and develop a global team responsible for Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Revenue Intelligence, and Commercial Systems.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish goals, development plans, and succession strategies.
- Drive organizational change management associated with new tools, technologies, and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Align with Marketing on lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
- Partner with HR to develop sales training and enablement programs.
- Work with Product and Customer Success teams to enhance client experiences.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or Commercial Excellence.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-growing SaaS, technology, or B2B organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading global teams across multiple geographies.
- Expertise in HubSpot, sales automation tools, AI-driven solutions, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations across North America, Europe, and APAC.
- Passion for innovation and transforming commercial operations through technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling high-growth SaaS businesses.
- Strong background in AI-driven sales automation and predictive analytics.
- MBA or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Operations, or related discipline.
