This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for defining and driving product strategy across a portfolio of enterprise SaaS solutions serving critical infrastructure and regulated industries. You will shape the long-term product vision, translating company and technology strategy into scalable, customer-centric roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact. Working at the intersection of engineering, customers, and go-to-market teams, you will ensure product execution aligns with technical feasibility, customer needs, and commercial goals. The role requires strong leadership in building and scaling product management organizations, establishing best-in-class processes, and enabling disciplined product delivery across multiple domains. You will act as a key partner to engineering and executive leadership, influencing prioritization, architecture decisions, and innovation direction. This is a high-impact position where your leadership will directly shape product excellence, customer outcomes, and company growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead product strategy across multiple SaaS product domains aligned with overall company and technology vision.
  • Own and maintain end-to-end product roadmaps, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • Drive prioritization decisions in close partnership with engineering leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, high-value customer-facing product solutions.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing product management organization, establishing structure, standards, and operating rhythms.
  • Build and implement scalable product management processes, including roadmap governance, discovery, and delivery frameworks.
  • Oversee full product lifecycle execution from ideation and discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and data teams to ensure successful product delivery and platform evolution.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to support adoption, revenue growth, and go-to-market success.
  • Engage with strategic customers and partners to validate product direction and gather market insights.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform strategic roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management or product leadership within enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success delivering complex product roadmaps in close collaboration with engineering and technical leadership teams.
  • Strong experience working with CTO-level stakeholders, architects, and engineering organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale product management teams in fast-paced, growing environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into executable product strategy.
  • Experience with SaaS product metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.
  • Preferred: experience in private equity–backed software companies.
  • Preferred: background in energy, utilities, or other regulated infrastructure industries.
  • Preferred: experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive compensation package with base salary aligned to experience.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
  • Flexible paid time off policy and company-paid holidays.
  • Life insurance, pet insurance, and additional employee discount programs.
  • Remote/hybrid flexibility depending on role structure and location.
  • Home office support including a one-time work-from-home stipend.
  • Collaborative, high-growth environment within a mission-driven SaaS organization.
  • Team engagement initiatives including events, volunteering activities, and regular in-person gatherings.
