The role:
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on General Administrator to take ownership of daily office operations and facilities coordination in a 25% role (morning presence, 5 days per week).
This person ensures the office runs smoothly, remains organised and welcoming, and supports light finance administration. The role requires visible in-office presence and proactive ownership of operational details.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following: *
Finance & Administrative Support
Check the mailbox and scan relevant documentsSupport light bookkeeping tasksFacilitate office support as neededOffice & Facilities Management
Ensure daily office readiness (kitchens, meeting rooms, shared areas)Oversee printers and shredders (paper, toner, functionality)Maintain tidy and organised kitchen areasManage consumables (coffee, paper goods, supplies)Coordinate minor repairs and facility issuesLiaise with external service providersCoordinate and facilitate sub-tenants’ requestsPeople & Culture Logistics
Organise simple in-office initiativesSupport light internal events and engagement activitiesHelp foster a welcoming, professional atmosphere* Note that the scope of responsibility is operational and coordination-focused; not full accounting ownership.
Working model:
