Campers Inn RV is looking for a Creative Manager to lead creative across our 50+ dealership network. This role owns visual direction and brand standards across every channel, leads two functional leads (Creative and Content), and drives AI adoption across every creative workstream.

Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Sets and enforces visual direction and brand standards across all channels (paid, organic, owned, and on-site)
  • Translates brand strategy into distinctive creative concepts and provides final creative approval on major campaigns
  • Leads two functional leads (Creative Lead and Content Lead) and the teams beneath them, including designers, videographers, and content creators
  • Partners with the team to test, measure, and evolve creative based on results
  • Drives AI adoption across every creative workstream, including concepting, production, and review
  • Builds and maintains a creative-effectiveness scorecard in partnership with Performance
  • Ensures consistent brand presentation across 50+ dealership locations as the network expands
  • Develops and coaches direct reports, including performance management, hiring, and career development
  • Manages creative production volume without compromising quality or brand standards
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, design, communications, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • 5+ years in high-volume creative environments
  • 5+ years of campaign concepting and creative strategy ownership
  • 5+ years managing creative teams (not just leading projects)
  • Demonstrated history of using performance data (CTR, conversion, retention, lift) to evolve creative output
  • Strong, demonstrable application of AI tools in creative work, with examples and clear point of view
  • Retail, automotive, or experience-led brand background preferred

Abilities:

  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to set creative direction with confidence and ship to a defined standard
  • Ability to read performance data and adjust creative output accordingly, including comfort changing direction when work isn’t performing
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to superior customer service
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company computer systems and applications, including creative production and AI tooling
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required, which may include evenings and weekends
