This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, and solution design, focusing on shaping high-value, complex deals from the earliest stages of client engagement. You will translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, technically credible solution architectures that drive commercial success. Acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, you will influence deal outcomes valued at $1M+ across multi-domain environments. The role requires strong technical breadth across applications, cloud, infrastructure, security, and emerging AI-driven systems. You will collaborate closely with global teams across India, the US, and Europe in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment. This is a high-impact position where storytelling, technical depth, and commercial thinking directly shape revenue outcomes and long-term client relationships.
- Lead end-to-end solution shaping for complex enterprise deals, translating client needs into structured, scalable, and differentiated solution architectures.
- Drive pre-sales engagements including discovery workshops, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, executive presentations, and solution storytelling.
- Design multi-domain architectures spanning applications, cloud, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and AI-enabled systems.
- Develop solution pricing models, ROI narratives, and commercial constructs aligned with delivery feasibility and business value.
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to ensure solutions are both winable and executable.
- Contribute to go-to-market strategy by packaging reusable solution frameworks, offerings, and reference architectures.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and mentor junior solution engineers.
- 7–12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, or enterprise technology advisory roles.
- Proven experience influencing or closing large-scale deals valued at $1M+ in services or technology environments.
- Strong technical foundation across cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure, and security domains.
- Hands-on understanding of modern AI-enabled solutions such as RAG, copilots, agent workflows, and automation frameworks.
- Ability to build structured solution narratives, trade-off analyses, and commercial pricing models (T&M, fixed, or outcome-based).
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience engaging C-level and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
