  • Ensure payroll systems remain compliant with evolving U.S. payroll and employment regulations in partnership with compliance teams.
  • Define KPIs, track product performance, and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization and decision-making.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for payroll and HR product innovation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years in payroll, HRIS, or financial systems.
  • Proven experience leading modernization or transformation initiatives in complex enterprise software environments.
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, integrations, data flows, compliance frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear product direction and use cases.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience influencing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience working with customers directly to gather requirements and drive product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving, metrics, and continuous improvement.
Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life insurance, and disability coverage
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Generous parental leave policy
