  • Partner with product design, engineering, marketing, and customer experience teams to align brand and product experiences.

  • Provide creative direction through critique, collaboration, and hands-on design contributions to elevate overall design standards.
  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, and toolkits that enable scalable and consistent brand implementation across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with business, user, and brand objectives.
  • Continuously refine and evolve the brand system to support new product features, platforms, and ecosystem expansion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in brand design, product design, visual design, or creative direction roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level visual craft, brand storytelling, and product experience design.
  • Experience designing or evolving brand systems, design systems, and cross-platform visual identities.
  • Strong expertise in typography, layout, motion, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience translating brand identity into digital product experiences and physical touchpoints such as packaging.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around creative direction.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect design decisions to product, user, and business outcomes.
  • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or complex product ecosystems is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $113,300 to $226,700 annually, depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Strong retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Tuition reimbursement and education support programs.
