Patient Care Coordinator
The Patient Care Coordinator is a crucial member of our team, interacting with and communicating with a variety of patients from their initial point of contact through the continuum of care, as well as practice providers and staff. The role will also maintain, evaluate, and at times, update, standards and guidelines in accordance with practice standards.
This current opening is at our Centerville, Ohio location.
Patient Care Coordinator Duties
- Greet and check-in patients efficiently and professionally
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using electronic health records systems
- Prepare and organize patient documentation for clinical staff
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up appointments as needed
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
- Identify opportunities to recommend treatments, packages, or retail products based on patient needs and goals
- Respond to patient inquiries with a consultative approach that educates and inspires confidence in services and providers
- Promote current specials, memberships, and service offerings to enhance patient engagement and loyalty
- Assist in achieving individual and team daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Build strong patient relationships to encourage repeat visits, referrals, and long-term retention

- College degree in a related degree preferred
- 3 - 5 years in a medical office, aesthetics, retail, hospitality, or sales-focused customer service role preferred
- Proven ability to meet daily, weekly, monthly sales and performance goals in a service-based environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and treatment options with patients
- Proficiency with electronic systems and scheduling tools
