If you’re an experienced recruitment professional looking for a role where you can manage end-to-end hiring, build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and shape every stage of the candidate journey, this could be the role for you.

At Protect Line, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re proud of a culture that balances the needs of our employees and the business with genuine care. We’re now looking for a Recruitment Partner to join our small but vibrant Recruitment team – someone who is passionate about finding great people, representing our brand in the market and leading the hiring process in partnership with managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of recruitment – from headhunting and advertising to interviewing and onboarding – and wants to have real ownership, visibility and impact.

Investing in Our People to Protect Yours - At Protect Line, we believe that investing in every employee provides a platform for opportunity and growth. Helping people become the best version of themselves is key to delivering an exceptional service that stands out for its authentic care and trust. We view protection as a promise for the future, focusing on keeping our promises, so you can keep yours.

Our Values:
Care, Collaborate, Dare, and Deliver aren’t just words on a wall—they guide our actions, define how we interact with each other, and shape the way we serve our customers.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process across a range of roles, acting as a trusted support to hiring managers and a consistent, engaging point of contact for candidates.

You will:
  • Team Collaborator: Work closely with our team to recruit top talent, maintaining the perfect balance of quality and quantity
  • Target Chaser: Deliver against agreed recruitment targets and timelines, balancing great candidate experience with strong results
  • Hiring Manager Liaison: Conduct role sign off meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure clear expectations and a comprehensive understanding of the role.
  • Curious Conversationalist: Review CVs, engage in meaningful initial conversations, and conduct telephone interviews to create a dynamic candidate pipeline
  • Insightful Interviewer: Lead fluid, conversational in-person interviews, using probing questions to identify candidates who are the perfect fit for us
  • Talent Scout: Embark on headhunting missions across LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to discover exceptional candidates
  • Organisational Whiz: Master our ATS system, tracking candidates and expanding our talent pool with expertise.
  • Onboarding Specialist: Ensure new recruits feel welcome and ready for success by conducting offer meetings.
  • Creative Thinker: Support the team with inventive recruitment strategies, attracting candidates and keeping our pipeline thriving.
  • Content Specialist: Craft job adverts and descriptions that align with the company's voice.
  • Internal Ambassador: Promote our refer-a-friend scheme with enthusiasm and flair.

What Makes You Shine:
  • Experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, managing end-to-end hiring and working to targets
  • A track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and influencing with data and insight
  • Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting – confident using tools like LinkedIn, job boards and ATS systems to proactively find and approach talent
  • Strong skills in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, with a structured, evidence-based approach to decision-making
  • The ability to handle challenging conversations – including feedback, negotiations and managing expectations with both candidates and managers.
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communication skills – both written and verbal – able to represent Protect Line professionally and positively in the external market
  • Comfort working independently, taking ownership of vacancies and seeing them through to successful hire
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve candidate pipelines, processes and experience
  • A strong alignment with our values – Care, Collaborate, Dare, Deliver – and a genuine passion for finding and supporting great people

What We Offer?
