Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science, healthcare, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience, including extensive project management and leadership responsibilities within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines, global clinical trial operations, and the clinical development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated experience leading global, cross-functional clinical programs with responsibility for financial oversight, risk management, and operational delivery.
  • Proven people management experience with the ability to lead, coach, and inspire high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, change management, client relationship management, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.
  • Preferred experience in rheumatology, autoimmune, and/or oncology clinical studies.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Benefits:

  • Eligibility for discretionary annual bonus programs
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings and financial wellness benefits
