FirstLight Home Care is urgently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home care team in Rhode Island.

JOB SUMMARY

The RN will conduct in-home client assessments, develop Plans of Care, and complete supervisory visits to ensure high-quality home care services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct client intakes and in-home nursing evaluations
- Develop and update Plans of Care
- Supervise caregivers and provide training
- Complete visit documentation and reports
- Coordinate client services and caregiver introductions
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and care standards

REQUIREMENTS
- Active RN license in Rhode Island
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation + auto insurance
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / scheduling tools)
