Description:

This role is part of a strategic effort to elevate our clinical team by bringing in advanced level counselors and expanding access to more personalized, high-quality care.

You will play a direct role in helping individuals and families build healthier, more stable lives through assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and relapse prevention support
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Meet productivity expectations through direct service hours
  • Provide psychoeducation and connect clients with community resources
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical meetings and supervision
  • Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and education

What You’ll Bring and What You’ll Get

What You’ll Bring

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Active Washington State license, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or associate level equivalent
  • Experience providing outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to manage a full caseload
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
