This is an exciting opportunity for a product designer who is passionate about creating user experiences that directly influence business performance. In this role, you will design and optimize customer journeys across digital products, focusing on conversion, activation, retention, and long-term user engagement. Working within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to transform insights into impactful design solutions. The position combines user-centered design principles with growth-focused experimentation, offering significant ownership over key product experiences. You will contribute to products serving global audiences while helping shape design strategies that improve both user satisfaction and commercial outcomes. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity, analytics, and measurable impact in a highly collaborative remote environment.
- Design and optimize user experiences across web and mobile digital products, with a focus on improving key business and engagement metrics.
- Create intuitive onboarding flows, activation journeys, subscription funnels, paywalls, trial conversion experiences, and retention-focused interactions.
- Translate user research, customer feedback, behavioral insights, and product analytics into effective design solutions.
- Develop, test, and refine design hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven iteration.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, QA specialists, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of scalable design systems, reusable components, and visual standards.
- Improve product performance metrics including conversion rates, user engagement, retention, customer lifetime value, and monetization outcomes.
- Support multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring consistency and high-quality user experiences across different product lines.
- Present and communicate design decisions effectively, aligning stakeholders around user needs and business objectives.
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience designing user experiences for B2C digital products.
- Strong expertise in growth-oriented design, including onboarding flows, subscription experiences, conversion funnels, paywalls, retention journeys, and monetization strategies.
- Hands-on experience conducting and interpreting A/B tests and product experimentation initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage analytics, behavioral data, and performance metrics to inform design decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, design systems, and developer-ready documentation.
- Experience building, maintaining, and scaling comprehensive design systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and recommendations.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with subscription-based products, growth-focused organizations, US-market products, AI-assisted design tools, or distributed remote teams is considered an advantage.
- Fully remote working environment with flexibility to work from anywhere within Europe or Ukraine.
