Project Manager in Miami, Florida at Solis Health Plans

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and overall performance and growth of several healthcare projects. They will demonstrate and commit to standard project management methods and techniques to support delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with our corporate vision.

This position is fully onsite, Monday - Friday.

Leads multiple healthcare projects simultaneously, maintaining clear direction and oversight on project progressIdentifies needs and defines major tasks and milestones based on scope, resources, budget, and personnelEstablishes project quality standards, monitors project status, and maintains project plans on scheduleEducates providers, staff and/or members on health initiativesPossess general knowledge of data analytics and reporting requirementsSupports company philosophies, objectives, decisions, and policies. Must abide to all HIPAA, Confidentiality and Privacy laws.Analyzes technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Partners with various internal departments to assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and growth.Collaborates with team to drive quality and revenue growth through business development and community outreach efforts.Conducts routine meetings with the staff and documents topics discussed, action plans and staff feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree required5 or more years of relevant experience strongly desiredProven track record in implementation of system-wide projects, as well as, experience implementing multiple projects of varying complexities simultaneouslyPrevious experience in managed care preferredEffective planning, forecasting, tracking, and monitoring capabilitiesMicrosoft Suite (MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio) experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)Proven proficiency working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.Excellent communication, time management and scheduling competenciesProactive problem-solver and critical thinkerDemonstrated ability in risk management skills associated with assessing projectsProven skills in meeting facilitation
