Summary

The Project Administrator directly assists the Project Management Team, in addition to office staff in matters which may include documentation preparation and creation, program billing, daily program and client reporting, record and document retention, and assisting in onboarding of program personnel.

Qualifications

  • College or University Degree are an asset for this role. Related experience can be taken into consideration.
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative position
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft projects.
  • Previous site administration experience will be considered an asset.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures in a safety sensitive workplace.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills.
  • Proficient communication and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.

Duties

  • Ensure that the Project Management teams have all the necessary documentation for program execution.
  • Attend meetings, record minutes, and distribute.
  • Data entry for tracking progress on program delivery.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new program personnel.
  • Assist with travel and hotel booking for field staff.
  • Assist HSE and Quality teams with the delivery of program and contract deliverables.
  • Invoice reconciliation and completion.
  • Monitoring and tracking equipment rentals.
  • Support the Project Management to ensure that all necessary client and company policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

  • Valid Class 5 Drivers license.
