This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping how a fast-growing technology organization communicates its value in the market. You will define and elevate the corporate narrative for AI-driven physical security and operational intelligence solutions, translating highly technical hardware and software capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, requiring strong strategic thinking and exceptional storytelling ability. You will influence go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging decisions, and market positioning across multiple customer segments. In addition to individual contribution, you will lead a small but high-performing product marketing team. This is an opportunity to directly shape market perception and drive revenue impact in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Own and evolve the corporate narrative, ensuring consistent executive-level messaging and storytelling across all channels, including product launches, sales materials, and leadership presentations.
- Define market positioning and value propositions that clearly differentiate offerings in a competitive, technical B2B landscape.
- Lead pricing and packaging strategy, using market research, customer insights, and business performance data to optimize revenue and market share.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to enable deal execution through high-impact collateral, messaging, and competitive insights.
- Conduct deep market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, inform product direction, and support strategic planning.
- Act as the voice of the market to Product teams, ensuring customer needs and economic buyer perspectives shape the roadmap.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small product marketing team while fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and execution excellence.
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, IoT, or complex hardware-software environments.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level storytelling, including presentations, keynotes, and strategic messaging.
- Strong track record of partnering with Sales organizations to influence deals and improve win rates through effective enablement.
- Experience in pricing, packaging, segmentation, and go-to-market strategy within technical product environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented value propositions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Leadership experience managing and developing product marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
