Class A Driver in Bolton, Massachusetts at Easton Pool & Spa Inc

Easton Select Group is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Class A Driver to support transportation and delivery operations across our growing organization. This role is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles, transporting materials and equipment between company locations and job sites, and ensuring timely and professional delivery service.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high safety and customer service standards while operating in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Transport materials, equipment, and supplies between company locations, vendors, and customer job sites
• Load, unload, secure, and inspect cargo to ensure safe transportation
• Complete scheduled deliveries and pickups accurately and on time
• Assist with route planning and delivery coordination as needed
• Maintain delivery logs, inspection reports, and transportation documentation

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Monitor vehicle condition and report maintenance or repair needs promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and trailers
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational protocols

• Assist with inventory movement, staging, and material handling as needed
• Support warehouse and yard operations during non-driving periods
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, and field teams to ensure efficient deliveries
• Help maintain organized storage and loading areas
• Support additional operational tasks and projects as assigned

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, forklifts, and material handling equipment preferred
• Strong understanding of transportation safety standards and regulations
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50–75 pounds as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset

• Experience in construction, pool service, distribution, or related industries preferred
• Forklift certification or experience preferred
• Familiarity with regional routes and delivery coordination
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple delivery priorities
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
