This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing recruitment team focused on international hiring across Japan and Hong Kong. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top IT talent across a wide range of technical domains in a high-performance, target-driven environment. The position involves working closely with global hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding coordination. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced recruitment environments and enjoys working with global markets. You will gain strong exposure to international hiring practices while contributing directly to team growth and hiring success.
- Source IT candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other talent acquisition channels to build strong pipelines.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client and role-specific requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills, communication ability, and overall role fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and account managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, recruitment trackers, and activity reports.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates to support future hiring needs and talent engagement.
- Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets and improve overall delivery performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and evolving hiring practices in the IT domain.
- Prior experience in IT recruitment or technical talent acquisition, preferably in agency or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring requirements across various technical domains.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities in a target-driven setup.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote or distributed work environment.
- Work-from-home flexibility
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Fixed Japan shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST)
