This is a senior strategic fundraising and leadership role focused on building, expanding, and sustaining high-value corporate partnerships that directly support large-scale social impact initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of business development, relationship management, and team leadership, driving both new revenue acquisition and long-term partner retention. The role combines hands-on portfolio ownership with responsibility for leading and developing a corporate partnerships team. You will shape multi-million-dollar revenue pipelines while ensuring disciplined execution of cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. In addition to fundraising excellence, you will play a key role in strengthening organizational culture, coaching future leaders, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders around shared growth objectives. This is a high-visibility leadership position where strategic influence and relationship depth directly translate into measurable societal impact.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value corporate and foundation partners, securing six- and seven-figure commitments across new business, renewals, sponsorships, and fee-for-service engagements.
- Drive regional and team revenue performance, overseeing pipeline development, forecasting, and disciplined moves management to achieve ambitious financial targets.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for Corporate Partnerships team members, supporting their portfolio execution and professional growth.
- Develop and execute cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies tailored to each partner’s business goals and philanthropic priorities.
- Oversee proposal development, budgeting, and negotiation processes to ensure strong, aligned, and financially sound partnership agreements.
- Serve as a senior relationship leader with corporate stakeholders, representing the organization in high-level meetings, events, and strategic planning sessions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program, finance, marketing, and operations teams to design and deliver integrated partner solutions and reporting.
- Strengthen pipeline generation and new business strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and internal development teams.
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking, reporting, and data integrity to support revenue visibility and decision-making.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10–12+ years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, business development, or institutional development roles.
- Proven track record of securing six- and seven-figure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, or equivalent revenue agreements.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams, including coaching high-performing fundraisers or account managers.
- Strong expertise in relationship management, negotiation, and long-term partnership development.
- Experience working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and mission-driven environments with measurable revenue targets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple complex partnerships simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% as required.
- Competitive annual salary range of $100,000–$135,000
