Lead Brand Marketing Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Brand Marketing Coordinator based in the United States.

This is a highly cross-functional brand marketing role focused on bringing cohesive, high-impact marketing initiatives to life across reputation management, creative asset development, digital PR, and customer advocacy programs. You will play a key role in translating brand strategy into execution, ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time, on message, and at a consistently high standard. The role blends strategic coordination with hands-on project management, requiring someone who is equally comfortable organizing complex workflows and contributing directly to marketing outputs. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external creative partners, and leadership to build compelling brand experiences across multiple channels. A strong focus will be placed on customer perception, brand consistency, and data-driven storytelling. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong communication, and ownership mindset are essential to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the execution of brand marketing initiatives across customer advocacy, reputation management, digital PR, and brand communications programs.
  • Manage online reputation activities, including monitoring and responding to reviews, tracking sentiment, and coordinating review-generation initiatives across key platforms.
  • Coordinate customer advocacy efforts such as testimonials, case studies, and customer spotlight content to strengthen brand credibility.
  • Lead day-to-day project management for creative asset development, ensuring timely delivery of presentations, ads, collateral, and digital resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets aligned with brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • Build and maintain centralized brand asset libraries, ensuring version control, governance, and accessibility of approved materials.
  • Identify gaps in existing marketing materials and prioritize development of new assets to support sales, marketing, recruiting, and partner initiatives.
  • Support video marketing initiatives, coordinating production timelines for case studies, testimonials, and educational content.
  • Assist in digital PR and research initiatives, including surveys, reports, and data-driven campaigns, while tracking performance metrics and media impact.
  • Provide leadership support by managing and mentoring junior coordinators, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-quality execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, content marketing, PR, or related marketing disciplines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives and working with internal teams and external creative agencies.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency, messaging frameworks, and customer-centric marketing execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate ideas into clear deliverables and messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback, sentiment data, and campaign performance insights.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and collaborators across different teams.
  • High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Bonus: experience in digital PR, reputation management, or customer advocacy programs.
