How you will Contribute
The Freelance Graphic Designer will support our Marketing Design team as a Signage & Events Production Graphic Designer and will help bring our event experiences to life across physical and digital environments. This role is ideal for someone who cares deeply about production quality, organization, consistency, and execution. This is a freelance/contract role with project-based hours that increase during summit and event production periods. The expected commitment for this role is approximately 15–20 hours per week, though hours may increase during high-volume event and summit production periods. Candidates should be comfortable supporting fast-moving event timelines, including occasional evening and weekend availability leading up to live events

In this role you will:
  • Create and produce event signage, digital signage, presentation assets, and onsite collateral

  • Adapt and version creative assets across multiple event formats and applications

  • Prepare print-ready and digital production files using established templates and brand systems

  • Support recurring summit production workflows and event-related updates

  • Assist with last-minute revisions and production requests during event cycles

  • Maintain organized files and production assets across multiple projects

  • Collaborate with event, marketing, and design teams to deliver assets accurately and on schedule

  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining consistency and attention to detail


How sets you apart for Success
  • 1–3 years of experience in production, signage, event, or graphic design, or equivalent portfolio experience

  • Strong eye for layout, typography, visual consistency, and detail

  • Comfortable working within established brand systems and templates

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple versions, assets, and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable working within fast-paced event production timelines

  • Able to communicate clearly and collaborate across cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and presentation tools

  • Bonus if you have experience with large-format print production, environmental graphics, digital signage systems, or onsite event support
