  • Leverage secondary data sources such as claims, promotional data, and internal prescription data to identify market trends and support business decision-making.
  • Integrate primary research findings with secondary data and competitive intelligence to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Insights teams to define research priorities and address ad hoc analytical needs.
  • Continuously evaluate and introduce new research methodologies, tools, and approaches to enhance insight generation and analytical capabilities.
  • Contribute to annual planning and budget allocation for insights initiatives, ensuring effective resource management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Market Research, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 6+ years of experience in market research, commercial analytics, or competitive intelligence within biopharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
  • Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and best practices for generating actionable insights.
  • Experience working with secondary healthcare data sources, including claims, promotional, and prescription data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize multiple data streams into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex findings into clear presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, timelines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically for meetings and company events.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary range of $116,000 – $151,000, plus short-term incentives and long-term equity compensation opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer match.
  • Generous paid time off, holidays, and work-life balance programs.
