Fort Worth Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing outpatient team in Willow Park, Texas. If you're passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and return to the activities they love, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience

Fort Worth Physical Therapy's Willow Park clinic provides comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services for patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, post-operative needs, and general musculoskeletal impairments. Our therapists focus on individualized treatment plans designed to help patients recover, move better, and achieve their personal goals through evidence-based care and hands-on treatment approaches.

Your Role
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients
  • Treat a diverse caseload including sports medicine, post-operative, and general outpatient conditions
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve function and mobility
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
